Air
Conditioning & Conversion Services

- R-12
to Freeze-12
Conversions - for earlier-model R-12
systems,
is the product that is guaranteed to provide the maximum cooling
performance with an EPA-certified refrigerant that is as safe as
today's 134a refrigerants - the reason is that Freeze-12 is actually a
134a refrigerant blend that closely matches the "pressure-temperature"
curve of the original R-12 refrigerant. Retrofits include
compressor replacement, accumulator/drier replacement (required for
Freeze-12), hose replacement (as needed), flush the entire system, all
new HNBR o-rings
installed throughout, new polyester oil (also required
for Freeze-12 and filled to the appropriate amount for your
system), orifice tube replacement (as required), along with the

- Condensers (outside coils) and Evaporators (inside
coils) need
periodic cleaning from time to time to assure maximum thermal
efficiency and cooling for your vehicle. Our cleaning
processes
and chemicals provide the most complete and safest method for removing
built-up dust and debris from these two major system components.

Accumulator/Drier,
Hose, and O-ring Services
- Compressor and Accumulator replacement is
necessary depending
upon the problem at-hand. Also, if needed, we can fabricate
any
refrigerant line in-house and install Gates Polar-Seal refrigerant
hoses and fittings for optimum performance and reliability.
Finally, all O-ring repairs are made using the HNBR (green) material
O-rings which far exceeds the needs of any automotive cooling
system constructed today - never
settle for less!
